Once upon a time, nothing was perfect. Everything was dark, and it didn't seem like there was light at the end of the tunnel. Occasionally, there would be a firefly who would wander about in the tunnel. It wasn't the light I asked for, but it was the light of my life. It was worth all the hours in solitary darkness.
